If You Confess the Lord
Jesus is excellent in all the earth
So if you confess the Lord, call him up first
He will feed you with His daily bread
You will overcome any obstacles that lie ahead
When the hot coals fall on your head
If you can take the pain
And hang on in there instead
Your labor ain't in vain
Whenever you feel like living is hard
Be ye steadfast, unmovable
Always abounding in the work of the LORD
How do you like your love abiding?
The Lord will tailor it to you
Do not despise his chastising
It tests you, shows his love is true
He taught me how to have faith and pray
To face my fears going forward every day
If you confess the Lord, dial His number
He will awaken you from your sleep and slumber
Your fields will not grow thistle nor thorn
If you confess the Lord, hit Him on the horn
