God is love. (1 John 4:7-12):
7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
12 No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
How deep is your love for Christ Jesus? Mine is deeper than the deep blue sea, like any loyal Christian's love for Adonai, Jah, Jesus.
Deeper than the blessing in spite of myself. Walking down the wrong road, surviving things I should not have survived because the enemy was trying to take me out. But God blessed me to learn how to rejoice every day, in spite of myself.
Tell Jesus what it's going to be about.
Do you want to worship another so-called God?
Or would you rather be under the guidance and protection of the one true God, the Good Shepherd, the Savior of the world who takes away all sins?
As for me and my house, we will always worship and love the Lord Jesus.
Do you bow down to an idol made by human hands? Praying to a carved image for help?
Don't do that, beloved. You are playing with Hell-fire burn.
The Lord will not give His glory to another; neither to a carved image nor to one of the pagan gods in the Egyptian, Babylonian, Greek and Roman pantheons.
If you are into worshiping idols, such as the golden calf that the Israelites infamously bowed down to in the wilderness, after departing Egypt, on their way to the Promised Land, then that is not a wise endeavor.
Endeavor to see the true God before time runs out on you. There is no excuse in not knowing what the Lord has planned for what is coming on the earth.
The Lord has been known throughout all generations. Adam knew him. Eve knew him. His prophets revealed Him. How can you say you don't know Him?
That means you do not love Him because you don't want to know him.
Humans tend to want to get to know who we love.
Don't bel like the Greeks in Athens, in Biblical times when the Early Church was growing by leaps and bounds.
The Athenian Greeks, who were purportedly the wisest philosophers in western civilization built an altar to the "UNKNOWN GOD." (Acts 17:23)
Like Paul told the Greeks. And, like Stevie Wonder said: you are too superstitious, first of all.
Put the Kingdom of God as your first priority. And the Lord will add all the things you need. If this sounds like conditional love, it is not.
It is love based on lovingkindness, guidance and god the Father's desire to have everyone come to the Creator. Sometimes, the Lord makes it rough on people He loves. For our sake. So that we can learn to depend on Him.
The loss of a job will give you a prayer life and a love for God. The death of a loved one, the birth of a child, a child in trouble...a myriad of life's events can lead us to love the Lord.
Don't go the other way, and blame God, deny His existence or go apostate. Take His chastening like a child takes a scolding from parents.
The Lord chastens who he loves. He is patient. And has given everyone enough time to repent, believe in Him and forsake their evil ways.
If you haven't done it, then that is your fault. It will be your fault if, when He returns, you are caught lacking the obedience that instructed us will save our lives form eternal torment in the fiery pits of Hell with those who have ignored and rebelled against God.
How deep is your love for Him?
Get to know Him. You will not be sorry for the rest of your life.
The Good news is that He grants eternal life to whosoever believes in Him, that we should not perish, but dwell in the Kingdom of God with Him.
God is love, beloved.
Long live the beloved Gospel of Jesus Christ.
