BOISE (CC) - On Tuesday, April 9 Republican Gov. Brad Little signed House Bill 421 into Idaho state law. The bombshell and biblical new legislation affirms what devout Christians likely know from reading in the book of Genesis that there are only two genders.

"In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him. Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created. (Genesis 5:1-2)

The story of creation includes the method God used to create Eve from Adam's rib. God made the original man from the dust of the ground, and breathed life into his nostrils. After God brought the woman to him, Adam seemed to be enthused.

"And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man." (Genesis 2:20-23)

Idaho's new legal code appears to be one of the world's most thorough, in terms of preventing "gender-affirming care" for children.

Orthodox Christians and advocates welcomed Idaho's new law.

In Wyoming, a presumptive law that bans the controversial and unbiblical gender transitioning treatments for minors, legislation labeled "Chloe's law," is set to be enacted in the Cowboy State on July 1.

Chloe Cole, who is in her early 20s, is an activist who lived as a "transgender" boy for several years, before realizing that she had made a mistake. She de-transitioned and is now living as a female.

The Idaho bill was approved by the Republican-controlled House of Representatives by a 54-14 vote in February. The state's GOP-controlled Senate passed it, 26-8, on April 10. All Democrats voted against the bill, while one Senate Republican and three House Republicans voted against it.

The measure was needed because "There is increasing confusion about the definition of sex as a biological truth and its relationship to concepts and terms, including but not limited to gender identity, gender role, gender expression, and experienced gender."

The law states that "In human beings, there are two, and only two, sexes: male and female. Every individual is either male or female. An individual's sex can be observed or clinically verified at or before birth."

Under the new rule, persons are legally prohibited from "self-gendering."

"In no case is an individual's sex determined by stipulation or self-identification."

The updated Idaho State gender policy was also brought about to end "Confusion and ambiguities surrounding the definitions of sex."

The new legislation is intended to prevent the idea that "male, female, and related terms can hinder individual efforts to enjoy equal treatment under the law."

Idaho's new codes also forbids surgery involving castration, sterilization, mastectomy and hysterectomy.

"A medical provider shall not engage in any of the following practices upon a child for the purpose of attempting to alter the appearance of or affirm the child's perception of the child's sex if that perception is inconsistent with the child's biological sex."

Medications are outlawed if they include morphologic changes that induce transient or permanent infertility:

(i) Puberty-blocking medication to stop or delay normal puberty

(ii) Supraphysiological doses of testosterone to a female

(iii) Supraphysiological doses of estrogen to a male

(d) Removing any otherwise healthy or nondiseased body part or tissue.

Some surgical operations are allowed by the law, if critical "to the health of the person on whom it is performed and is performed by a person licensed in the place of its performance as a medical practitioner."

Altering the appearance of a minor for the treatment of any infection, injury, disease or disorder, or to "affirm the child's perception of the child's sex if that perception is inconsistent with the child's biological sex" is outlawed in Idaho.

Christians insist that the false teaching that there are multiple genders has permeated religion, education, popular culture and international diplomacy.

The spirit behind the gender misinformation is none other than the fallen angel Lucifer, who is the father of all lies.

Christians often cite the following passage from the book of Romans to help save people who are experiencing "gender confusion."

"For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness, Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them, for God hath shewed it unto them." (Romans 1:18)

"Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen." (Romans 1:25)

That creature being worshipped and served, wittingly or unwittingly, is either "the universe" or specifically the fallen angel, Lucifer the devil, red dragon or serpent. (Genesis 3, Revelation 12

"For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature." (Romans 1:26)

"And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet." (Romans 1:27)

"And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient." (Romans 1:28)

The Christian Post reported that in February, adjunct biology professor Johnson Varkey, a professed Christian, was reinstated after in being fired in Jan. 2023 from his job at St. Philip’s College in San Antonio, Texas.

Varkey taught taught that sex is determined by an individual’s chromosomes: the traditional, biological definition of gender.

The professor was accused of "religious preaching, discriminatory comments about homosexuals and transgender individuals, anti-abortion rhetoric, and misogynistic banter."

The Bible tells the story of how the reprobate Jewish leaders threatened Peter and John, and commanded them "not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus." (Acts 4:18)

Students walked out of Varkey's class to protest his own comments declaring that sex is determined by biology, and not by an individual's emotions. A complaint was filed against him almost immediately, which led the school's administration to fire him.

In an EEOC complaint filed last July, the learned and intelligent Varkey said that he "never mentioned" his religious beliefs in the classroom.

The Sadducees "when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled, and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus." (Acts 4:1)

While stressing that his Christian faith leads him to "believe that God has ordained the sexual function for procreation, that children are a gift from God, and that absent a compelling reason, one should not sterilize oneself," Varkey maintained that "I did not preach any of my beliefs in class."

Chloe Cole represents the movement to ban gender affirming care for minors, and legislation has been enacted in a number of states. Idaho is the latest.

To God be the glory.
