Opinion: Iran-Israel, why God's role goes unmentioned

We have not seen or heard any reports or any preachers, at the time of this writing, thanking God Almighty for the reported 99% of Iranian missiles being downed during the recent unprecedented Iranian attack on Israel.

More praise is arrogantly being given to the world's military might than to Almighty God, who stepped in to defend Israel against the first-ever attack launched against it from Iranian soil.

Writing about Israel, the prophet Isaiah was inspired by God to pen this famous verse:

"No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD." (Isaiah 54:17)

Isaiah was prophesying about the future blessings of faithful Israelis and Christians.

For those who are seeking His righteousness, grateful for God's blessings, and even for those who are ungratefully not seeking, I recommend reading the whole chapter of Isaiah 54.

Maybe then the world will start to realize that God has been left out of the equation of thanks for the missile defense of Israel.

Stop worshiping the creature instead of the Creator, as the Scriptures say that we do.

"Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen." (Romans 1:25)

More than to God, credit has been given to U.S. warplanes, ships, Israel's Iron Dome, David's Sling and Arrow defense systems for the "near-perfect missile defense."

"The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name." (Exodus 15:3)

The Lord has been fighting for Israel since the days of Moses, Aaron, Pharaoh and the exodus out of Egyptian bondage.

God parted the Red Sea, so that the Israelites could cross it and escape the pursuing Egyptian army. The waters returned, once the Hebrews had crossed.

"Pharaoh's chariots and his host hath he cast into the sea: his chosen captains also are drowned in the Red sea." (Exodus 15:4)

Israel's modern enemies, Yemen's Houthis, are trying to control the Red Sea region. They are Iran's proxies. Once the whole of them, and Israel's other enemies, are eliminated then do not forget to credit God.

Many in the human family are beating their chests, boasting about Israel's, America's, Great Britain's, Jordan's, France's and Saudi Arabia's military prowess. Those are the nations who reportedly participated in repelling the Iranian missile attack.

I say, that if you all do not humble yourselves, then you will be chastised and humbled by the Lord.

Respectfully, I warn and say that the attribution to mankind's military intelligence and the omission of the Almighty is disrespect on the highest level.

"For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars." (2 Chronicles 16:9)

Unfortunately, the fear of God is evidently lost in the modern ultra-disobedient world.

If you count yourself among either the wise, the knowledgeable or the understanding, then remember that the Scriptures say, "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding." (Proverbs 9:10)

Search the Scriptures to understand what they are saying, instead of searching self-help books that lead you away from God and toward lowercase "g" pagan gods: including ourselves.

It goes without saying that the fear of President Joe Biden is not evident in Tehran. His warning not to attack Israel was totally ignored. He could not stop the attack.

The Christian Commander has no affiliation to any political party.

It took the sole party of the Lord, who is Israel's defense system, using humans to shoot down 170 drones, 30 cruise missiles and 120 ballistic missiles. It was not the work of military genius that we should be crediting more than the warrior God.

The world's espionage community cannot possibly see and know more than Him. The Pentagon does not have better tacticians than the master of creation technology.

Air force squadrons cannot outrace God: He who rides on the heaven of heavens. (Psalm 68:33)

Unlike world leaders, when His voice speaks then things get immediately done. His Word is uttered and miracles immediately occur.

"Ascribe ye strength unto God: his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the clouds." (Psalm 68:34)

Glory be to God.

So true, haven’t heard any preachers and others saying anything, but I did. Thanking God for His presence to intercede. To God be the Glory. Grateful and thankful.
