The Hate That Hate Produced: Why Do So Many People, Anti-Christians, Hate Christians So Much?

Why do anti-Christians hate Christians so much?

Because that is what they do. They are anti-Christians. They have been around, hating on the Lord, ever since Jesus was born.

They give all kinds of excuses for hating Christians. They say, "You never heard Jesus say, "I'm a Christian."

They laugh at the ideas of the Holy Trinity and the Kingdom of God.

They say we're arrogant, too stiff, hypocrites, goody-two-shoes.

But Chrisitians are not a one-size-fits-all styled group. We are as diverse as the sands of the sea.

The one thing we have in common, though, is who, what, when, where, why and how?

Jesus Christ, Almighty God, who took away the sins of the world when He was what? Crucified. Why? as a one-time sacrifce. When? during the Roman Empire. How? At the behest of the Jewish religious leaders in Caesar's occupied Jerusalem.

There is your reason why people hate Christians so much. They hate the Lord, with a feverish passion, to the point that they despise His children, too.

You saw what such hatred can do when it was unleashed against the Jews, by Hamas, on October 7. Babies were reportedly murdered and beheaded, with raw footage offered as proof.

One of Christ Jesus's original and biggest haters was Herod the king, a puppet of the Roman Empire in Judaea, Israel.

The wise men from the east, who came to worship Jesus, presenting Him with gold, frankincense and myrrh, basically told Herod that the Messiah had been born in Bethlehem.

Then Herod ordered the slaughter of all the children from two years old and younger in Bethlehem, and in all coasts thereof. (Matthew 2:16)

Like the Almighty does for all of His elect, God the Father was there to save the baby Jesus from His haters.

Behold, the angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him. (Matthew 2:13)

Jesus returned to Israel after the death of Herod.

Then, as a youth in Nazareth and Jerusalem, He grew in wisdom and stature among men.

He was well-respected as a child, astounding the doctors of the Jewish law in the temple, with His understanding, as He both questioned and answered them to perfection.

Joseph and Mary could not grasp who they had on their hands. '

Jesus was about His Father's business.

Then He became a man, and all hell broke loose in Jerusalem.

The Devil, Himself, approached Jesus in Israel's wilderness and tried to prevent the Lord from starting His ministry. To no avail.

It was on. And popping.

Christ's haters ramped their hate games up, popping off at the mouth, immediately after He started preaching the Gospel of repentance, and referring to Himself as the Son of Man, the Son of God and being one with God the Father.

They said He performed miracles by the powers of darkness. Yet, He told them He was the Light of the World.

They said He was worthy of death. After He told them that He was the Way, the Truth and the Life.

They tried to kill God. But He told and showed them that He is the Resurrection.

Even the demons trembled and believed in Him.

He accused his haters, those demons pretending to be purveyors of the Light, of being children of the Devil, because that is who they obeyed, in stead of God the Father who they said they loved, honored and obeyed.

As the masses in Israel began to follow Jesus, His haters tried to stone Him to death on more than one occassion.

They accused Him of blasphemy and formulated a plot to have Him crucified.

They recruited one of His 12 disciples, Judas, to betray Him. Then they brough out false witnesses against Him in a railroading of a trial conducted by the Jewish religious leaders.

They took Him to the Roman governor, Pontious Pilate, demanding that Jesus be crucified for breaking Jewish laws against blasphemy.

After He was whipped to a bloody pulp, scorned, mocked, crucified, died, was buried but arose from the grave after three days, then the persecution of His people, the Christians began.

The enemies have been after our demise ever since. They threw the early Chrisians to the lions, ISIS beheaded Christians for refusing to denounce the Lord.

Time and time again, throughout the history of the world, there are examples of Christians refusing to denounce the man, Jesus Christ, even in the face of death.

Our demise won't happen. Christianity will always be here.

Christ, the King of Kings, Lord of Lords, is on the way. He may not be back at the exact moment that you want Him to return. But He will be back right on time, according to His good will, purpose and timeline.

Once He is back, the enemy will wish they would have left us alone. Because He will judge the whole world, and hand out justified rewards to His elect, vengeance on our behalf and eternal punishment to the wicked.

To the believing, His faithful, loyal followers, He will grant eternal life in the Kingdom of God. His enemies will be forever tormented in the pits of Hell.

Don't be like those people who hate Christians so much. If you are one of those people. Stop it. Get some help.

Give your life to Christ, who John the Baptist called "The Lamb of God" who takes away the sin of the world (John 1:29)

Learn about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. And worship Him in truth and in spirit.

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.

And quit hating.
