As followers of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, you have got to be strong on the inside! Mentally, emotionally, take a licking and keep on ticking strong.
Fearless strong. Bold as a righteous, hungry lion of Judah strong.
The only way you can do it is through the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Accept it, keep it with like luggage. Listen to the its inaudible voice like you listen to your closest friend. It will make you bold and strong.
Be strong! Ethiopian ancient rock-hewn church strong.
Be strong!
When you get laid off from your job.
Be strong!
When your wife or husband leaves you for a heathen.
Be strong!
When your kids disrespect you and cuss you out.
Be strong!
When the one you depend on dies.
Strong, strong, strong.
Come to far to turn back now strong.
As Christians, you have to be strong in the Lord. He will be with you always. Because opposition and hatred is going to come your way.
Some people will mock you, laught at your desire to make it to the Kingdom of God, try their best to get you out of the way.
Some people will pretend to be your friends, and family members who have your best interest at heart, but are really your familiar foes.
Therefore, you must be strong enough, on the inside, to overcome like Jesus overcame.
Strong enough to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ of Nazareth when you know that you are among the enemies of God.
Strong! Bold!
Bold and strong enough to overcome your own insecurities, your willfull substance abuse, your sexual immorality, your fornication, adultery, faithlessness, all your imperfections including your desire to quit anything you start.
Strong enough to repent and accept the Lord's remission of your sins.
You must be strong enough to stare down adversity and laugh in the face of fear of the unknown. You have to be strong enough to push through whatever comes your way.
Strong in the Lord!
You will read over and over in the Holy Bible, god exhorting us to be strong and very courageous.
He told that Joshua on several occassions.
Joshua was fearless enough to almight fight a sword battle against God. He actually approached the Lord, who was there near Jericho personified as the captain of the Lord's army.
The same angel who helped the children of Israel win the battle of Jericho.
13 And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted his eyes and looked, and behold, a Man stood opposite him with His sword drawn in His hand. And Joshua went to Him and said to Him, “Are You for us or for our adversaries?”
14 So He said, “No, but as Commander of the army of the Lord I have now come.”
And Joshua fell on his face to the earth and worshiped, and said to Him, “What does my Lord say to His servant?”
15 Then the Commander of the Lord’s army said to Joshua, “Take your sandal off your foot, for the place where you stand is holy.” And Joshua did so.
We will have to be strong, and of good courage
JEHOVA, JAH, Adonai, Jesus Christ did not tell you it would be easy. It will not be easy, But He will be with you.
I told you that I would be there to help you overcome any circumstance. The word easy did not come out of the Lord's mouth. He does not make it easy for anyone. For our own sakes.
The difficulties we encounter server to bring us closer to God. We'll depend on Him to get us through.
Endure pain to get to the Promised Land.
The only way you can do it, is by way of the Lord.
Stay srong.
The Lord is the strength of my life.
